Deep Red Wool Footbeds with Handmade Character

Dark-red WoolFit FeelGood footbeds add rich color and a gently textured layer inside everyday slippers or spacious shoes. Hundreds of compact felt balls create a tactile surface, while the flexible outline follows the base of the footwear without a rigid support shell.

The footbeds are hand-felted and hand-stitched in Nepal using 100% wool. At approximately 7 mm thick, they provide a substantial textile layer without synthetic cushioning. Differences in tone, spacing, or outline are normal signs of the individual handwork.

Select your usual EU size and allow enough interior space for the added depth. Shoes with removable factory insoles are particularly practical, but roomy house shoes can work as well. Before regular use, ensure that both inserts lie flat and that the upper does not press against the foot.

Fit and Placement

Choose the EU size you normally buy. If the footbed raises the heel or crowds the toes, remove the existing insole where possible or use roomier footwear. Keep every edge flat during wear. Take the inserts out to air and let them dry at room temperature whenever they become damp.
