Compatibility: These insoles are suitable for any footwear with either a removable footbed or enough space to accommodate them comfortably. Ideal for our WoolFit Classic slippers, they also fit HAFLINGER slippers from the "Everest," "Pocahontas," and "Blizzard" series, or any other shoes you may already own
Shipping & Delivery
We ship with UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping takes 2-4 business days to all states in the US.Tracking is always included. You will receive an email including a tracking number that allows you to trace the steps of your deliveryat any time.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your purchase within 30 days after the purchase to our US returns address. Should the product show damages upon receipt, please contact our support at email@example.com
Please note that the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you contact our support to register your return, we'll forward you the US address you can return the slippers to after you've registered for a return. You can do so by contacting our support. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
