Stegmann Original 108 Wool Felt Clogs in Navy Blue
The Original 108 is Stegmann's classic open-back clog, shown here in navy. This unisex clog comes in EU 36 through 46. The upper is felted merino wool formed in one piece, so there is no separate insole and no seam on the inside; the wool itself is the surface your foot rests on.
Outside and lining are both felted merino wool. Beneath the felt lies a midsole made of a cork-latex blend that is anatomically shaped. The toe box is roomy and the width medium, which gives the toes space. The heel is 1 inch high and the toe 0.75 inch, and one shoe in a mid size weighs about 8.8 oz.
The outsole is textured rubber for grip, and the clog is flexible. Care is simple: no washing machine, lint and debris come off with a felt brush, and spots can be dabbed with a little gentle soap in lukewarm water before the clog air-dries. Navy combines with gray, white and camel for everyday wear.
