A toe-post sandal with an adjustable braided strap

The broad strap of Bio Conny crosses the instep and narrows toward a toe post, leaving the toes and heel exposed. A metal buckle lets you change the strap setting. In Braided Marine, the dark blue surface carries a woven-looking texture that stands out against the lighter footbed edge.

Under the open upper sits a contoured base made with cork and latex. Its anatomical shape provides a defined resting place for the foot, with thermoplastic rubber underneath as the walking surface. The visible cork layer is part of that layered construction, giving the sandal a substantial outline around its open sides.

Cowhide forms the outside of the strap. Calf leather, tanned using a plant-based process, is used for the lining and the surface that touches the sole of your foot. This combination keeps leather at both contact areas. The buckle and toe-post layout are the useful features to consider if you prefer an adjustable sandal for warm-weather dressing.

Gently remove dust, then wipe marks from the leather using a lightly damp cloth. Use a suitable leather-care product when needed. Avoid saturating the cork or leather, and let the sandal dry naturally without direct heat.
