Berkemann Jarla is a women’s closed-back slipper designed for people who prefer more coverage than an open mule. Its red natural-felt upper contains only a low proportion of synthetic fiber, while the broad hook-and-loop strap crosses the instep for a fit you can adjust. A decorative metal accent adds a polished detail to the practical silhouette.

The H-width shape provides a roomier platform, and the closed heel helps keep the slipper positioned around the foot. Hand-sewn construction joins the felt upper to the sole with visible craftsmanship. The 26 mm heel gives the profile a modest lift without changing the slipper’s compact, everyday character.

Underfoot, Jarla includes a genuine-leather-covered removable footbed. It can be removed for washing or replaced with a suitable personal insole when needed. A lightweight polyurethane outsole completes the design and makes this pair suitable for use both around the home and for brief outdoor wear.

Fit and Care

Available in UK women’s sizes 4–8. Adjust the instep strap until the upper sits securely without unwanted pressure. The removable footbed is washable; take it out of the slipper before cleaning and allow it to dry completely before reinserting it.
