Two-strap adjustment in an open men’s leather slipper

Berkemann Luis is a men’s mocca-brown slipper with an open toe and heel. Its oiled nubuck-leather upper uses two broad hook-and-loop straps, so the forefoot and instep can be adjusted independently. Small perforated details add texture to the otherwise restrained brown design.

The adjustable G–J width range provides substantial flexibility for different foot volumes. Both closures open widely for entry and can then be secured at separate settings. Hand-sewn construction joins the upper to the sole, adding a traditional detail around the edge of this open slip-on style.

Underfoot, an anatomically shaped soft foam footbed creates the interior base. It is washable and removable, allowing replacement with a compatible personal insole. A lightly profiled synthetic outsole completes the design, with a 25 mm heel and 10 mm lift.

Fit and Care

Available in UK men’s sizes 6–12, including selected half sizes. Open both straps, position the foot fully over the footbed, and adjust each closure separately without pressing across the forefoot or instep. Take out the washable footbed for cleaning and allow it to dry fully before reinserting it.
