Berkemann Balian is a men’s closed-back slipper with a broad hook-and-loop panel across the instep. The dark-gray upper uses natural felt with a low synthetic-fiber content, giving the shoe a subdued, textured appearance. Its enclosed heel and toe provide more coverage than an open mule or clog.
The H-width Biel shape supplies a roomier foundation, while the adjustable instep panel can be opened for entry and secured once the foot is in place. Hand-sewn construction is used to join the upper and sole, reinforcing the slipper’s traditional, functional character.
A genuine-leather-covered removable footbed forms the interior walking surface. It is washable and can also be replaced with a compatible personal insole. The lightweight polyurethane outsole and 25 mm heel complete a low-profile design suitable for regular use around the home.

Fit and Care
Available in UK men’s sizes 8–12. Open the instep panel before stepping in, then close it without creating pressure across the top of the foot. Take out the washable footbed for cleaning and allow it to dry fully before replacement.
