The Berkemann Lauren RCYCL in Deep Orange is a women's open-back clog from the recycled-material version of the Lauren family. Exact model 01578-500 uses recycled wool felt for the upper, giving this colorway a warm orange finish while retaining the straightforward slip-on shape associated with Lauren.
Unlike the standard 01553 Lauren construction, the RCYCL version also uses recycled wool felt on the footbed. The model is built on the Brisbane last in width G. Berkemann specifies a 30 mm heel and 20 mm lift, so the underfoot geometry remains clearly defined even though the textile construction differs from the conventional Lauren line.
The result is a clog whose recycled material is part of both the upper and the surface beneath the foot.
