Ensure you are within the return timeframe. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of the customer receiving the package. Try on the products for fit and sizing within this period.
Please make sure to maintain the condition of the product, as used products cannot be returned.
Return Method and Shipping Cost
Decide on your return method. Purchased products must be returned to us either by using a pre-paid label that we provide or with a label from a carrier of your choice. If you decide to choose your own carrier, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping label. If you use our pre-paid label, the return shipping is completely free.
Return Process

Step 2: Provide the reason for your return and choose the products you'd like to return from your order.
Step 3: We only pay for shipping and need to, as a small business, ask our customers to cover return shipping cotst.
Step 4: After you've selected your carrier, print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at an authorized location.
Please note that we cannot accept returns that arrive in willfully damaged packaging, so please avoid using the shoe box as a shipping box. Product Condition for Returns
Ensure the product condition is acceptable. Please be aware that we do not accept returns of used products. All packages, including shoe boxes or bags and products, are subject to individual inspection before a refund or a credit can be issued. Signs of use or wear and tear will result in a refusal of the refund.
Refund Policy
We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we have received your return shipment, we will process your refund within 1-2 weeks. The refund will be issued to the initial method of payment used during your purchase. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost since shipping is free.
